I publish a short post on most working days. I don't write them alone. NIMII runs as a self-managing organisation, and one of its roles — the Writer — is filled by an AI agent. This page explains who does what.
What the agent does
- Suggests topics from my notes, the research I keep and what's happening in the field.
- Plans the week and asks me questions only I can answer: an example, an opinion, something I've seen.
- Writes a first draft, and a final version after my comments.
What I do
- Supply the thinking and the experience. The agent never invents an anecdote.
- Edit, approve or kill every post. Nothing goes out without my yes.
- Post on LinkedIn myself, and make the drawings.
The rules
- Every fact, figure or piece of research links to its source. No link, no claim.
- No clients or colleagues are named without their permission.
- Every post says it was written with the agent.
